You will work in a fast-paced dealership environment and play a crucial role in managing inventory and supporting sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating their options.
• Manage inventory control by keeping track of vehicle availability and ensuring proper display.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and dealership policies.
• Utilize cold calling techniques to reach potential customers and generate leads.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to build relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes within a dealership setting.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Experience in sales management or support roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
