About us Green Mountain Builders is a luxury remodel and custom home builder in Bonita Springs, FL. We are a team of professionals who are passionate about our work. We have been in business for over 20 years and have been growing steadily. We are looking for an interior designer / sales consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Enhance client experience by providing outstanding service and communication
• Engage with clients to create a special home for the owner to enjoy and be proud of for years to come
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop concepts and project scope
• Design kitchen, bath and interior designs, including sketches, layouts and tile elevations
• Coordinate with draftsperson to generate ID Drawings including flooring layouts, shower layouts, specialty items
• Engage with clients to develop selections for their project, with attention to budget and style preferences
• Estimate contract scope costs, with an emphasis on complete scope and accurate budget, including obtaining bids from subcontractors and vendors
• Draft change orders including pricing for selection and allowance changes or expanded scope and present to client for approval
• Provide accurate time logs in Buildertrend to track design time and facilitate client billings for time overages

Qualifications

Residential Remodeling Expertise: Minimum 3 years in high-end residential remodeling interior design and/or sales, with a preference for custom, detailed projects. Client & Team Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to consistently deliver high level customer service. Digital Project Management: Proficient in construction management software (e.g. Buildertrend) to maintain project estimates, selections and documentation. Tech Savvy: Strong command of computers and mobile construction apps. Independent & Collaborative: Proven ability to take initiative on-site while fostering team collaboration. Complex Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying on-site challenges and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and budget. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
