Responsibilities

:

• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication methods.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present BARR Credit Services' offerings with professionalism and confidence.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably inside sales or customer service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
