The Role We're hiring a fulltime Marketing Representative to fuel demand by placing door hangers, starting conversations with homeowners, and capturing leads for services like mowing, mulching, planting/design installs, and seasonal work. You'll be the first friendly touchpoint people have with Landscapology and a key driver of our growth. What you'll do

• Plan and walk assigned neighborhoods to distribute door hangers at a high, consistent pace.
• Warmly engage interested homeowners; share our value, gather contact details, and book estimates.
• Track activity and leads in our CRM with accuracy (we'll train you).
• Hit weekly KPIs: door hangers placed, conversations held, estimates booked, and jobs attributed to your efforts.
• Coordinate with operations on timing and targeted areas (e.g., routes near active projects).
• Represent our brand with excellence: friendly, respectful, proactive. What success looks like
• You consistently meet or exceed weekly activity goals.
• Your door hangers generate qualified estimates and booked jobs.
• Homeowners describe interactions with you as helpful and professional.

Compensation

& Incentives This is a W2, fulltime role with base pay $18/hr plus performance incentives tied to jobs booked from door hangers you personally placed :

• $50 bonus for any job under $5,000 booked from your door hanger.
• $20 bonus for any recurring mowing or weeding job booked from your door hanger.
• 1% of revenue for any job over $5,000 booked from your door hanger. Examples:
• A $350 mulch refresh booked from your door hanger = $50 bonus.
• A new weekly mowing client = $20 bonus.
• An $8,500 planting/install project = $85 bonus. All bonuses are tracked in our CRM and paid with payroll per company policy. Why Landscapology

• Fulltime, primarily MondayFriday , with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons.
