Base Salary with additional Bonus Structure The Director of Sales & Outreach is responsible for driving occupancy, building referral relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and representing the assisted living community with professionalism and warmth. This role ensures prospective residents and families experience a seamless, compassionate, and compliancealigned admission process. Key ResponsibilitiesCensus Growth & Sales Cycle Management

• Lead generation through digital channels, community outreach, referral partners, and internal sources.
• Conduct tours that highlight care quality, amenities, safety, and culture.
• Convert inquiries to moveins through timely followup, relationship building, and needsbased selling.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and report weekly occupancy trends. Referral & Community Partnerships
• Build strong relationships with hospitals , SNFs, homehealth agencies, case managers, APS, and senior resource networks.
• Attend and host community events, senior expos, chamber meetings, and professional networking groups.
• Provide educational presentations on assisted living services, dementia care, and safe transitions. Admissions & MoveIn Coordination
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and care team to ensure preadmission assessments are completed accurately.
• Guide families through paperwork, financial discussions, and expectations.
• Ensure smooth moveins with welcome plans, communication touchpoints, and followup satisfaction calls. Marketing & Brand Representation
• Manage digital presence: website updates, social media, Google Business, and online reputation.
• Create marketing materials, flyers, and outreach packets aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain competitive positioning. Compliance & Ethical Sales Practices
• Follow WI DHS 83/89 guidelines for admissions, disclosures, and resident rights.
• Ensure all marketing claims are accurate, compliant, and reflective of actual services.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times. Performance Metrics

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living sales , healthcare marketing, or admissions preferred.
• Strong communication, relationshipbuilding, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet occupancy goals.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin assisted living regulations (CBRF/RCAC) preferred.
• Compassionate, professional, and residentcentered approach.

Work Environment

• Fulltime, onsite role within the assisted living community.
• Requires local travel for outreach, networking, and referral development.
• Occasional evenings/weekends for events or tours. Pay: $49,644.66 - $65,000.00 per year
