Overview

We are a growing insurance agency seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role involves assisting clients with policy service, billing questions, endorsements, follow-ups, and general support. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced insurance environment. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of insurance experience, preferably in auto and commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

: Answer incoming calls and assist policyholders Handle policy changes, endorsements, and basic service requests Support agents with quoting, renewals, and customer follow-ups Process payments and assist with billing inquiries Maintain accurate client records in the system (AMS/CRM) Provide excellent customer service at all times Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

: Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License required At least 1 year of insurance experience, preferably in auto and commercial insurance Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry Organized, responsible, and able to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment We Offer: Competitive pay Career growth within the insurance industry Friendly and supportive team environment To apply, please submit your resume via Indeed.
