Commercial Cleaning Company Scottsdale, AZ We are a growing commercial janitorial company seeking an energetic, organized professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is split between sales support and office operations, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both people interaction and administrative work. This position spends half the day supporting our sales team. Qualify prospective customers to ensure each scheduled appointment meets the Company's established criteria, including confirming the prospect is a commercial business, identifying the appropriate decision-maker, verifying the facility has a potential need for janitorial services, and ensuring the appointment is a legitimate sales opportunity before scheduling it for the outside sales team. Responsibilities

The ideal candidate enjoys a goal-driven environment and is comfortable making outbound calls and managing leads.

• Make outbound calls using a dialer approximately 100-200 calls daily
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team to generate new business proposals
• Maintain detailed call notes and follow-up schedules (typically a 6-week follow-up cycle)
• Work from a fresh set of leads and track performance through weekly reporting
• Execute scheduled drip campaigns as part of our sales outreach strategy
• Research companies through magazines, websites, and other sources to expand our database
• Bonus opportunities available for qualified appointments scheduled Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus. What We're Looking For

Requirements

• Ability to work in person at our Scottsdale office
