Administrative Sales Assistant Material Handling Exchange We are looking for an Administrative Sales Assistant. Preferences and requirements include but are not limited to:

• Support sales team with follow up calls to existing customers
• Customer Service
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone as needed
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Computer literate
• Good Retention Skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-Starter Good attendance is a high priority!

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to: Follow up with existing customers on project status and help drive sales. Respond to emails and phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assist Sales Team
• Manage and maintain CRM database
• Clerical work as needed Skills:

• Good typing skills is a must
• Ability to follow directions

• Excellent phone/communication skills
• Experience with warehouse storage equipment preferred We offer employees benefits, 401K after a year, vacation and holiday pay after 90 days! This position is 1st shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with an hour lunch. Must be available for overtime when needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18-$20.00 an hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
