Smoke Daddy Vape & Smoke Shop is a locally owned vape and smoke shop in Naples, Florida. Our team is friendly, professional, and passionate about helping customers find the right products. We're looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is interested in long-term employment and wants to grow with our company. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Answer customer questions and recommend products based on their needs.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of vape, smoke, and related products.
• Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Receive and stock inventory as needed.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Help create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a vape or smoke shop (required).
• Looking for candidates who are seeking long-term employment and are committed to growing with our company.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
