Overview

We are seeking a highly persuasive, professional, and energetic Voice Talent / Consultation Coordinator to contact high-value dental implant leads, educate prospective patients, and schedule consultation appointments for our dental implant offices. This is not a traditional call center role. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills who can build trust, create urgency, and position our practice as the leading authority in dental implant treatment.

Responsibilities

• Contact inbound and marketing-generated leads by phone and email.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients.
• Communicate the benefits of dental implant treatment in a clear and compelling manner.
• Position our offices as the premier destination for dental implant care.
• Schedule qualified consultation appointments.
• Follow up consistently with prospects via phone, text, and email until they attend their consultation.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed appointment-setting goals.

Duties

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients considering dental implants and Invisalign, providing clear, compassionate guidance throughout their consultation process
• Schedule appointments.
• Deliver engaging voice recordings for educational videos, promotional content, and patient instructions with clarity and enthusiasm
• Utilize excellent communication skills to educate patients on procedures, benefits, and post-treatment care in an approachable manner
• Incorporate elements of storytelling, or public speaking skills to enhance patient engagement and understanding

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in public speaking, theater, or related fields such as teaching or performing arts is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with patients of all ages
• Ability to perform voice recordings with clarity, enthusiasm, and expressive delivery
