What You'll Do

As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you're the heart of the front desk welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check-ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship-focused sales process. You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. If you love talking to people and love listening even more this role was made for you.

• Flexible You're available to work evenings and weekends as needed Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required we'll train the right person.
