Riverfront Communications is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry Level AT&T; Sales Associate. In this role, you will represent AT&T; products and services while engaging directly with customers in a face-to-face environment. You will help customers explore available service options, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building communication skills, and gaining experience in sales and customer service. No previous sales experience is required as we provide training to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. Entry Level AT &T; Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person to discuss AT&T; products, services, and available promotions.
• Learn about customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their communication preferences and budget.
• Explain product features, pricing, and service options in a clear and professional manner.
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account setup process.
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent service before, during, and after the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about current AT&T; products, services, and offerings. Entry Level AT &T; Sales Associate

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable and professional in a customer-focused environment. Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
