Exciting Opportunity: High-Performance Sales Associate Art Gallery, Cosmetics & Jewelry Gaia on Main is looking for a confident, results-driven sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, building relationships, negotiating, and closing sales in a unique environment that combines fine art, luxury cosmetics, and curated jewelry. We are seeking someone with a strong sales mindset who can create meaningful client experiences, understand customer needs, confidently present products, and guide clients through the purchasing process. Role

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional face-to-face client experiences on the gallery floor
• Build relationships and drive sales across fine art, cosmetics, and jewelry collections
• Present products through engaging demonstrations and personalized recommendations
• Identify client needs, handle objections, negotiate, and successfully close sales
• Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Consistently work toward sales goals in a dynamic, high-energy environment
