Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required or the ability to obtain one. Prior Sales Experience. Must be highly self-motivated. Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
