Overview

: As a Roof Sales Representative at Captiva Roofing, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and promoting our roofing services to potential clients. This is a commission-only position, and we are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated individual to expand our client base and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and engage potential roofing clients through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide clients with professional recommendations for their roofing needs.
• Present and explain the advantages of our roofing services, materials, and solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare accurate and detailed roofing estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the roofing installation team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and commission-based goals.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in roof sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

: This position is commission-only, providing unlimited earning potential for top performers. You will earn a competitive commission based on your sales achievements.
