Sales Associate / Cell Phone Repair Technician ZAGG at Station Park (Farmington, UT) If you can talk to anyone and you love closing a sale, keep reading. Thanks to our partnerships with Verizon, AT&T;, and T-Mobile, customers come to us to get their screen protectors replaced which means you're not cold-calling or chasing leads. They're already walking up to you. Your job is to turn every one of those visits into a great experience and a sale. This is a sales role first. Yes, you'll learn to install screen protectors and repair devices, but the heart of this job is connecting with customers, understanding what they need, and recommending the right products to match. The people who thrive here are the ones who get a little rush from helping someone walk away with exactly what they wanted (and a couple of things they didn't know they needed). • Sell. This is your #1 priority, every shift.
• Help customers find the right product for their phone and their life
• Install accessories especially our InvisibleShield on customers' devices
• Repair customer devices
• Work alongside reps from retail partners like Apple, AT&T;, Verizon, T-Mobile, and more
• Open and/or close the store
• Keep the kiosk clean and welcoming
• Run inventory counts
• Stay sharp on new products hitting the market
• Check in with the store manager and owners on your wins, your numbers, and where you want to improve What we're looking for:
• Outgoing, reliable, and genuinely sales-driven
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1 year of retail sales experience (preferred) The details:
• Both part-time and full-time positions available
• Flexible scheduling great for students, or pick up full-time hours if you want them
• Bonus pay, commission, and tips on top of base hourly
