The Young Automotive Group is Growing Again! Our Young Powersports store in Morgan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team! Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic group of Sales Professionals to reach their maximum potential
• Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group
• Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time
• Commit to grow professionally and personally
• Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
• Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
• Manage productivity
• Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
• Actively participate in effective training and development meetings

Qualifications

• A passion for powersports
• A proven history of success leading a team in the Automotive or Powersports sales industry
• A desire to make a difference
• A proven work ethic consistent with our culture
• Knowledge of powersports and variable operations
• Demonstrated success as a trainer
• A clean driving record
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
