NGT is able to offer factory direct pricing and control the entire process from start to delivery. We're excited to welcome Sales Managers to our growing business! The ideal candidate will have some sales experience and a passion to offer our packaging services for new and existing clients. Sales Managers are paid a monthly salary and are eligible for commissions and annual bonuses. Exceptional sales reps can earn more than $200,000/year. This hybrid role requires on site attendance in our Anaheim office 4 days a week, with a regular schedule of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. What we're offering:

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for packaging products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Attend and represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms, close sales contracts, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Travel within the region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and build relationships across industries
• Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in any field of study or 2 years of relevant experience
• 1-5 years' experience in sales within the packaging industry preferred.
• Sales experience in Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, Pet, Tobacco, Medicine/Pharmaceuticals, Cannabis, and Hemp industries preferred.
• Ability to travel by air unrestricted
• Mac OS proficiency required Pay: $71,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
