Duties

• Manage existing customer accounts by providing exceptional client relationship management and ongoing support
• Lead sales negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring clear communication of value propositions and closing deals effectively
• Utilize Salesforce and other sales management systems to track leads, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
• Conduct detailed technical sales presentations highlighting roofing solutions tailored to client needs in a corporate or enterprise setting
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness in the roofing industry
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts within CRM systems to ensure seamless account management and follow-up Experience
• Proven success in B2B sales within a corporate or enterprise environment, preferably in roofing, construction, or related technical fields
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals through effective deal closing and client engagement strategies
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for building lasting client relationships
• Business development experience with a focus on managing customer accounts and expanding market reach
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer data, tracking sales activities, and analyzing performance metrics
• Technical sales experience involving software or technology solutions is highly desirable
