Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and present suitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client goals, and offering personalized insurance options.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend appropriate health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies.
• Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while adhering to insurance regulations and company policies.
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes such as HIPAA compliance to provide accurate guidance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products through various channels, including community events and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on client communication and relationship building.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent analysis abilities to assess client needs effectively.
• Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM system platforms for sales tracking and administration.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA and benefits administration processes.
• Exceptional communication skillsboth verbal and writtenand the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
