Job Summary

: We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to assist our sales team in Phoenix. This role is the critical bridge between our Sales department and Operations, ensuring that quotes are accurate, RFQs are handled promptly, and customer expectations are met with precision. Key Responsibilities

:

• Establish and maintain a nationwide warehouse sourcing and pricing database.
• Responsible for RFQ and pricing for services including Warehousing, Cross Dock, Transload, Refrigerated, and Dangerous Goods (DG).
• Develop and maintain warehouse partners across all US states, continuously expanding supplier resources.
• Develop and maintain Trucking, Drayage, LTL, and FTL transportation resources to build a stable and competitive supplier network.
• Regularly review market pricing and establish Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supplier pricing tiers to improve quotation competitiveness.
• Assist in reviewing warehousing and logistics partnership contracts to ensure service scope, rates, and terms are reasonable.
• Continuously optimize existing warehousing and logistics services to identify more cost-effective and competitive solutions.
• Establish standardized quotation processes and pricing data to improve Sales team response speed to clients.
• Support the compilation and analysis of various logistics costs, providing the Sales team with optimal pricing recommendations.
• Regularly compile market intelligence and supplier performance data to establish a supplier evaluation and management mechanism.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics support or customer service within the freight forwarding, e-commerce or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (experience with logistics SaaS is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
