What You'll Do

: Sell New & Used Vehicles Help customers find their perfect car, whether in person or through online consultations. Assist with Online Sales Guide customers through the online buying process, from browsing inventory to closing the deal. Provide Exceptional Customer Service Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure they have a smooth, enjoyable car-buying experience. Manage Leads & Follow-Ups Work with potential buyers through email, phone, and live chat to convert inquiries into sales. Stay Current with Products & Offers Know the ins and outs of our vehicle lineup, financing options, and special promotions. Requirements

:

• Strong communication skills You'll be talking to customers on the phone, via chat, and face-to-face, so you should be able to easily connect and build rapport.
• Sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• A passion for cars and the automotive industry It's not just about selling cars; it's about understanding and sharing your knowledge with customers.
