Position Summary

Modern Group is seeking an Inside Parts Sales Representative to support our eCommerce platform and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role handles inbound calls, online chats, and support tickets regarding part availability, generates quotes, processes orders, and provides product support to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and support tickets for parts inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate part lookups, pricing, and product information for forklift, arborist, and industrial equipment parts
• Generate and send quotes to customers in a timely manner
• Assist with order entry, tracking, and expediting requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and transactions
• Collaborate with sales, service, and warehouse teams to meet customer needs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in parts sales, inside sales, or customer service
• Knowledge of forklift, heavy equipment, or industrial parts is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, chat) and customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
