We are hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team in a full- time, W2 direct hire position. This role focuses on face-to-face customer interactions in retail locations and event-based environments, representing well-known brands and assisting customers with product education and enrollment. This is a customer-facing position where strong communication, professionalism, and a positive attitude are key. No prior sales experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and eager to build experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

What You Will Do

• Engage with customers in retail stores and event settings
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
• Assist customers with questions, account setup, and service options
• Deliver a high level of customer service in every interaction
• Represent client brands in a professional manner
• Track daily activity and customer interactions

Compensation

• Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses and commission
• Weekly pay
• Average earnings typically range from $800 to $1,200 per week based on performance Schedule
• Full-time position
• Retail and event schedules may include weekends
• Consistent weekly scheduling provided

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
