Duties

• Assist customers with cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate transactions
• Process loan applications, verify customer information, and manage documentation efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly
• Utilize financial software and perform cash management duties accurately during transactions
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, cash flows, and customer interactions to ensure compliance and smooth operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus; willingness to learn about loan processing and financial products
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
• Ability to handle cash accurately, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash flow effectively
• Familiarity with financial software systems or willingness to learn new technology tools
