About the Role

GoldCavern Associates is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Representative to lead our business operations and drive market expansion. The successful candidate will initially oversee OTC trading operations while establishing the company's presence in the market and will later lead the transition into a fully licensed Payment Service Provider (PSP) business. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, manage operations, build strong partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver sustainable financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country's growth strategy.
• Lead OTC trading, treasury, liquidity, and payment operations.
• Build and manage relationships with banks, regulators, merchants, fintech partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive business development, merchant acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, and local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer and merchant experience.
• Lead and develop a high-performing local team.
• Support the rollout and growth of innovative digital payment products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Information Systems, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years' experience in a senior leadership or management role.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), Treasury, OTC Trading, Digital Payments, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of treasury and liquidity management, business development, strategic partnerships, and financial management.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
