Valence Consulting Group is expanding in Utah and hiring a full-time Customer Sales Associate (AT&T) to support customer acquisition and residential sales growth. The Customer Sales Associate is a direct, entry-level sales role where you will work directly with customers to introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, assist with account setup, and help customers select the right service options. Responsibilities

• Conduct direct customer interactions to introduce Quantum Fiber services
• Support customer account setup, service upgrades, and account updates
• Provide strong customer service while driving sales conversations
• Contribute to Lumen account management growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions
• Work with leadership to meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Build long-term customer relationships to support retention and referrals
• The Customer Sales Associate plays a direct role in customer satisfaction, account growth, and overall market expansion.a

Qualifications
