Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
• Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable passenger cars or automotive solutions
• Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure availability of popular models and accessories
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain detailed records of sales activities
• Develop strong customer relationships through excellent service, upselling additional features or services, and effective deal closing strategies
• Collaborate with the sales team to support overall sales management goals and participate in regular team meetings
• Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and public speaking skills when presenting vehicle features or conducting product demonstrations

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or passenger car sales
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and close deals efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred for diverse customer engagement
• Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems supported by dealership operations
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, and building a robust sales pipeline
• Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities effectively
• Experience in B2B sales, public speaking, or marketing is a plus
• Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and phone etiquette
