• Facilitate informative presentations to customers, about AT&T;'s wireless products and service plans.
• Practice consultative sales by listening to customer needs and matching them with the right AT&T; cell phones and wireless solutions.
• Participate in retail performance briefings, sharing insights on customer buying trends and competitor wireless offers to strengthen AT&T;'s local sales strategy.
• Maintain merchandising standards by keeping AT&T; smartphone displays organized, engaging, and aligned with promotional campaigns.
• Manage the full enrollment, and account documentation, with precision and professionalism. Qualities That Set You Apart as a Retail Sales Representative
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service, consistently exceeding smartphone and wireless device sales benchmarks in fastpaced environments.
• Strong technical proficiency with mobile hardware and operating systems, able to explain AT&T;'s advantages and smartphone features in clear, relatable terms.
• Dependable and organized, managing multiple customer interactions, device setups, and activations with precision and professionalism.
• Driven to build lasting customer relationships, ensuring repeat sales and loyalty to AT&T; Retail's wireless solutions. Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
