Oversee full store operations, managing a team of 5 including a Service Manager, 2 Service Technicians, and 1 Sales Admin Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals Build and foster strong relationships with consumers, community partners, and commercial fleet clients Conduct vehicle demonstrations for consumers showcasing wheelchair- accessible van features and capabilities Key
