Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license. Five or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-level sales management. Proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading successful sales teams. Proficiency in data analysis to track performance and refine sales strategies. Strong public speaking and presentation skills for training and recruitment events. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of our sales division in Mechanicsburg, fostering a culture of high performance and mutual support. Recruit, hire, and train a group of dedicated sales professionals, providing them with the tools and mentorship they need to excel. Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify new growth opportunities for our regional presence. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our long-term vision. Create and lead regular training sessions and workshops to sharpen the team's professional skills. Maintain open lines of communication with policyholders and regional stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction.
