Windows Sales SpecialistOverview Join our growing team as a Windows Sales Specialist and become a key part of helping homeowners improve their homes with premium window solutions. In this exciting role, you will meet with customers, understand their needs, present our products, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. We strongly encourage experienced roofing sales professionals to apply. If you have successfully sold roofing, gutters, storm restoration, or other exterior home improvement services, your experience will translate exceptionally well into this role. Candidates with roofing sales experience will receive priority consideration. Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend the best window solutions.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value to help customers make informed decisions.
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Generate and close new sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Stay current on products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
• Roofing sales experience is highly preferred and will receive priority consideration.
• Experience selling roofing, gutters, windows, doors, storm restoration, or other exterior home improvement products is a major advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction or home improvement is a plus.
