Blue Springs Siding and Windows is looking for a talented and motivated Product Sales Representative to join our team. We are a family-owned business that has been serving the Kansas City metro area for over 20 years. We specialize in providing quality siding, windows, and other home improvement products to our customers. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in sales, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and a desire to grow and develop their skills.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-home sales presentations of our extensive array of home improvement-related products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide prospective customers options that align with their expressed home improvement needs
• Manage pre-qualified leads in a one-call-close environment
• Maintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation

Requirements

:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, commissioned sales, in-home sales, or related field
• Demonstrated ability and desire to perform in high-pressure, fast-growth retail company environment
• Established reputation as a high integrity top performer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills
