Responsibilities

:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and services based on their needs
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate key features and benefits
• Accurately process sales transactions and follow our proven sales process
• Stay current on new vehicle technology and inventory
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Qualifications

:

• Prior automotive or retail sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable using the phone for follow-ups and outreach
• Bilingual a plus Schedule & Pay:
• Hours:
• MondayFriday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
• One weekday off plus every Sunday off

Compensation

:

• $65,000 $200,000+ per year, based on performance
• Uncapped earning potential
