Experienced Territory Managerif you know how to start conversations, connect with homeowners, and generate quality appointments, we want to talk to you. 360 Impact Windows & Doors is growing our canvassing team in Southwest Florida. We are looking for confident, motivated individuals to connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods and generate appointments for impact windows, doors, and hurricane protection products. This is a performance-driven opportunity with significant earning potential for experienced canvassers who are consistent, competitive, and comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners.

What You'll Do

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods throughout Southwest Florida
• Speak with homeowners about impact windows, doors, and hurricane protection
• Generate qualified appointments for our sales team
• Represent 360 Impact professionally in the community
• Track activity and appointment results
• Consistently work toward individual and team goals Who We're Looking For
• Previous canvassing, door-to-door, home improvement, roofing, solar, pest control, telecommunications, or similar field sales experience strongly preferred
• Confident approaching and speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, consistent, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking assigned neighborhoods
