Route Sales Representative / Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Columbia Gorge Organic (CoGo Juice) Portland, OR (near PDX Airport) Learn more: [please apply online] Route Sales Representatives are essential to our success at Columbia Gorge Organic. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, merchandising, and growing sales of our organic juices, kombuchas, and cold brews across a variety of retail partners, including natural grocers and local markets throughout the Portland area. As a Route Sales Representative, you will operate a delivery truck along an assigned route, work independently to stock and rotate product on shelves, and build strong relationships with store teams. You will play a key role in increasing sales, maintaining product quality, and ensuring our brand shows up at its best in every store.We are committed to investing in our team. This position offers the opportunity to grow within our distribution network and take on expanded responsibilities as we continue to scale. In this role, here are some of the key responsibilities:

• Safely operate a route delivery vehicle on a daily schedule
• Deliver, stock, and merchandise products on store shelves
• Maintain proper product rotation and freshness standards
• Build relationships with store managers and provide excellent customer service
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand shelf presence
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate daily records

Compensation

: Hourly pay + commission on daily sales, with a guaranteed minimum of $25/hourWhat we're looking for:

• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Experience in retail merchandising, delivery, or customer service preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work MondayFriday with early start times (as early as 4 AM)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 125 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR
• No DUI/DWI or major violations within the past 60 months
• Must be at least 24 years of age
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical
• Willingness to travel overnight up to once per week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
