Full description of the position

DDC/Energy Management System Applications Engineer Enviromatic Systems, Inc. installs DDC control systems in commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals, colleges and government buildings. Full-time duties included but not limited to: Creating control drawings in VISIO Ensuring proper electrical wiring diagrams System architecture and layout Drafting sequence of operations Communicating with programmer, project manager, and sales engineer to ensure proper scope of work Coordination with internal and external customers Creating bill of materials Wiring termination and panel layout detailing Documentation of as-built manuals >95% of job is performed in an office environment. Minimal field work.

Requirements

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Service driven attitude Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC control systems Experience with MEP plan/spec interpretation and application Ability to survey existing facility systems Excellent writing skills Responsiveness to customers and coworkers Experience with drawings and or computer graphics Strong sense of urgency Well organized and able to multi-task Teamwork and strong problem solving abilities Salary &
