• Director of Sales & Marketing
• for their client to lead our sales organization, expand into new markets, and drive revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on building teams, developing business opportunities, and creating strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling products within the HVAC, window, glass, home improvement, construction, or building products industry, while successfully leading high-performing sales teams. Position: Director of Sales & Marketing Location : Onsite in Clovis, CA with travel as needed Salary Range : $120,000- $140,000 DOE plus commission Position Type : Direct Hire Full Time position

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue goals.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 510 sales professionals to maximize performance.
• Identify and develop new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities throughout California and surrounding regions.
• Establish sales goals, monitor KPIs, and hold the team accountable for performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, lead generation, and digital marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, distributors, and commercial customers.
• Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and executive performance updates.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience with responsibility for developing markets and managing teams.
• Experience selling HVAC, windows, glass, home improvement, construction products, or related building materials.
• Proven experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue and expanding into new markets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid California Driver's License and ability to travel. Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with residential and commercial sales channels.
• Strong background in strategic planning and business development. Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Application Question(s):
