: Storms don't wait, and neither do the homeowners left dealing with the damage. When a major storm rolls through Tulsa, roofs get wrecked and homeowners are left overwhelmed, unsure where to even start. We step in and guide them through it, from the first inspection all the way through the insurance process. We're growing our local team and looking for people who are competitive, coachable, and ready to work hard for a paycheck that actually reflects their effort. No roofing background needed. No sales resume required. We'll teach you everything through a hands-on training program built to get you field- ready fast. This is a team-first environment, we hit goals together, and we promote our best field reps into leadership as we scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide free roof inspections for homeowners affected by storm damage
• Help customers understand the insurance claim process
• Take photos and document storm damage (full training provided)
• Serve as the homeowner's main point of contact throughout the process PAY DETAILS
• 100% Commission (completely uncapped earning potential)
• Top reps are making $100/hr+
