A growing company is looking for Counter Sales Representative to join its team in New York City. The primary responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, answering their inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Reach out to customers via telephone to promote sales and extend our product offerings.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and specifications, providing instant solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with product offerings and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the system for reference and follow-up.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and communicate order information accurately to customers.
• Manage the printing of packing tickets and process customer payments through various methods including credit cards, cash, or checks.
• Schedule and confirm delivery or pickup dates with customers to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure that the showroom and product displays are clean and organized at all times

Qualifications

include:

• Minimum of one (1) year of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read measurements accurately.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills are necessary
• Bilingual preferred Salary:
• Gross hourly rate: $18.00 per hour + Commission
