Skalnek Ford in Lake Orion is looking to add experienced autmotive sales representatives to our growing team. Family owned and operated, with stable and experienced management, Skalnek Ford prides itself in one of the automotive industry's highest employee retention rates. With a new facility and state of the art showroom opening in 2026, Skalnek Ford is excited to add team members that will help our business grow while providing exceptional customer experiences throughout our customers shopping experience. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new product information and sales techniques.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the vehicles that best meet their needs.
• Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and available options.
• Guide customers through the financing and purchase process with clarity and confidence.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore future opportunities.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
