San Antonio Counseling and Behavioral Center | San Antonio, TX (Greater SA Area) Pay: $24.00$25.00/hour + $500 Monthly Travel Reimbursement Immediate opening, target start in July. Be the driving force behind expanding access to mental health care across San Antonio. This is more than a business development role. It is an opportunity to build meaningful partnerships that connect individuals and families to life changing behavioral health services.

About the Role

We are seeking a relationship driven, community focused Business Development Liaison to grow and strengthen our referral network across the Greater San Antonio area. You will serve as the face of our organization, building and deepening partnerships with physicians, psychiatrists, pediatricians, inpatient hospitals, schools, and community leaders to increase access to counseling, psychological evaluations, and teletherapy services. This role requires someone who can move fast. You will be expected to activate an existing network of referral contacts from day one, not build one from scratch.

What You'll Do

Build and manage referral relationships with PCPs, psychiatrists, pediatricians, inpatient hospitals, schools, and community organizations Conduct in-person outreach and networking across the Greater San Antonio area Educate partners on services including counseling, psychological evaluations, and teletherapy Identify and develop new referral opportunities to drive growth Represent the organization at events, conferences, and community engagements Track outreach activity and referral growth using CRM tools Collaborate with leadership and marketing on growth initiatives What Success Looks Like Establish a strong network of active referral partners within your territory Drive measurable growth in patient referrals and service utilization Become a trusted partner to key community stakeholders and school counselors Contribute directly to the organization's expansion and strategic growth Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for someone who: Already has an active referral network among physicians, psychiatrists, pediatricians, inpatient providers, or school counselors in the San Antonio market Thrives on building relationships and being out in the community Is self-driven, goal oriented, and energized by growth Wants to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health

Qualifications

Required: An existing referral network with PCPs, psychiatrists, pediatricians, inpatient behavioral health providers, or school counselors in the Greater San Antonio market, ready to activate immediately Experience in business development, healthcare outreach, physician relations, or outside sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a territory Reliable transportation for local travel Preferred: Experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field Experience with CRM systems
