• Engage in structured training, coaching, and mentorship from agency leadership.
• Utilize CRM tools to organize appointments and client follow-up activity.

Compensation

• Earnings: Target first-year earnings of $40,131 - $82,416+ (Performance-based).
• Third-Party Disclosure: MCL Talent Partners is a third-party recruiting firm hiring for our client. This role is with our client, not MCL Talent Partners. Pay: $40,131.23 - $82,416.10 per year
