Full description of the position

Flotronics Automation has been serving Michigan manufacturers for over 40 years. We provide industrial automation, pneumatics, motion control, machine safety, sensors, and engineered solutions to OEMs, machine builders, and industrial facilities. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, support existing customers, and help manufacturers solve technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Visit manufacturers, OEMs, and machine builders within an assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities.
• Conduct plant visits and customer meetings.
• Maintain sales activities and opportunities in CRM software.
• Work closely with our engineering and support teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Willingness to learn technical products and applications.
• Valid driver's license. Preferred Backgrounds:
