Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Agency Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base through proactive business development, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, expertise in B2B sales, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the value of staffing solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot to track interactions, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and staffing solutions to effectively position services in the marketplace.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within staffing or related industries.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, territory management, and lead generation techniques.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through direct sales efforts including cold calling and product demos.
• Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales, or retail sales is a plus.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic approaches for territory expansion.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
