Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers in their neighborhoods, presenting pressure washing services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your goal is to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, small business development, and customer service to make a tangible impact while developing their skills in a fast- paced environment. Responsibilities

• Spread brand awareness using The Wash Boys brand and help our small business grow
• Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to introduce our products and services to prospective customers.
• Engage in warm calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and set appointments.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to clearly explain product features and benefits.
• Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using Sales Rabbit
• Follow up with potential clients through outbound calling and personalized outreach to nurture relationships.
• We are a small company just starting out, the longer you stay, the more you will earn, we believe in showing appreciation to loyalty and WILL provide raises as earned.
• Starting pay is $100 a day, starting at 9am and ending at 7pm, first raise is at 1 year based on performance and commission is possible at a later date.
• Please dress for the job you want, we will provide employees with brand clothing after 30 days

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, especially D2D or inside sales roles, is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
• Familiarity with Pressure Washing is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or technical sales is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.
