We are hiring for both Retail Sales Representative and Retail Sales Manager positions. This position requires candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish , as we serve a diverse customer base and clear communication is very important to our business. We operate in a fast-paced wireless retail environment where team members assist customers with new activations, upgrades, accessories, bill payments, device support, and overall customer service. Overview

: As a Retail Sales Representative , you will assist customers, recommend products and services, complete sales transactions, and help maintain a clean and professional store environment. As a Retail Sales Manager , you will lead the store team, drive sales performance, manage daily operations, support employee training, and make sure the store meets company standards and goals. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly with customers in English and Spanish.
• Assist customers with phone activations, upgrades, rate plans, accessories, and bill payments.
• Explain products, services, promotions, and pricing clearly.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current promotions.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer accounts accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and professional.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and attendance expectations.
• Support team members and managers as needed. Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Monitor store sales performance and help the team achieve targets.
• Manage daily store operations, scheduling, opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and find solutions.
• Track inventory, cash handling, deposits, and store paperwork.
• Coach employees on sales process, customer service, and company expectations.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Communicate with district/market leadership regarding store performance.
• Create a positive, respectful, and goal-oriented team environment. Experience /

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail, wireless, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless retail experience is a plus.
• Prior management experience is required for the Retail Sales Manager position.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable using POS systems, computers, and mobile devices.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
