Position Title: Sales Coordinator General

Responsibilities

:

• Sales Order Entry & Processing
• Accurately enter, review, and process customer sales orders in SAP and other required customer portals,
• ensuring pricing, item numbers, quantities, delivery dates, and shipping instructions are correct.
• Order Follow-up & Customer Communication
• Monitor open orders and communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, shipment schedules, delivery updates, shortages, delays, and other order-related matters.
• SCM & Shipping Coordination
• Work closely with the SCM, Warehouse, and Production teams to coordinate inventory availability, production status, shipping schedules, and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

& Documentation

• Maintain and follow customer-specific requirements, including order protocols, shipping documentation, labeling, portal updates, item setup forms, and other required sales support documents.
• Food Show & Sample Support
• Assist with food show preparation and participation, including coordinating samples, sales materials, booth supplies, schedules, and shipment of customer samples as needed.
• Issue Resolution & Internal Support
• Support the Sales, Accounting, and SCM teams in resolving order discrepancies, pricing issues, deductions, disputes, delivery problems, and other customer-related matters.

Qualifications

:

• 1-2 years sales or related experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Presentational communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Korean Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Application Question(s):
