Overview

Answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service Directing customers to the appropriate sales representative or department Assisting clients with payments and processing transactions accurately Conducting follow-up calls to clients as necessary Maintaining organized records and documentation Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations Other administrative duties as assigned High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required A New York State Property and Casualty insurance license is required. This can be obtained during the course of employment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
