THE OPPORTUNITY This is an entry-level sales position built for people who are comfortable getting out of their comfort zone. You will travel with a team to assigned markets across multiple states, spend extended periods on the road, and meet homeowners in the communities we serve. Your job is simple to understand, but it takes discipline to do well. You will build relationships, learn how to communicate value, and develop the confidence to guide homeowners toward solutions that fit their needs. You will be supported throughout the process. NTY provides comprehensive training and ongoing coaching, so you can learn our sales approach and continue improving as you gain experience. WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE Your typical responsibilities will include:

• Meet with homeowners and introduce them to NTY's home improvement services
• Travel with your team to assigned territories and help establish relationships in new markets
• Use NTY's sales process to build your skills and work toward weekly and monthly performance goals
• Take part in regular training, coaching, and team development
• Represent NTY professionally in every community you visit This is a highly social role. You should enjoy meeting new people, working closely with a team, and adapting to different markets. HOW YOU EARN Your income is tied to your performance, with multiple ways to build your earning potential:
